Welcome to 'The Sanctuary'... a showcase Content Managed System designed by the David Lawrence Group.

This pro bono site was built over a number of months for an animal rescue centre based in Northumberland.

Designed to illustrate the real power and flexibility of a CMS, this site not only shows you how easily you can manage the content displayed to your visitors, but also demonstrates some of the modules available including:

• news
• events information
• documents for download
• staff blogs
• frequently asked questions (FAQs)
• image and/or video galleries
• mapping

Unfortunately the site was eventually rejected by the trustees of the rescue centre who were reluctant to implement the new design as it was felt it would upset the volunteers who had worked so hard to develop their present site.
